This comprehensive and tailor-made Training Programme seeks to help Servicemembers who are preparing for retirement to:

  1. Assume accountability for retirement planning.
  2. Create personalised retirement lifestyles aligned with individual needs and circumstances.
  3. Navigate retirement challenges with resilience and adaptability.
  4. Develop holistic retirement plans encompassing various life domains.
  5. Make informed financial decisions to secure well-being in retirement.
  6. Optimise personal freedom and self-realisation in senior years.

Through expert-led presentations, experiential learning workshops, and interactive sessions, the Training Programme will cover but not limited to the following topics:

  1. Gearing Up for Retirement: Emphasizing preparation for a fulfilling post-retirement life.
  2. Healthy Aging Strategies: Navigating retirement with consideration for psychological, emotional, and financial aspects.
